Rock, Paper and Scissors

I know we had a thread or a mention of this earlier, but WTF? Rock, paper and scissors on ESPN? I thought they were kidding, but that freaking feature this morning was worse than the sappy Make-A-Wish features they do.

Now don't get me wrong ... Make a Wish is a wonderful organization, but ESPN's features were terrible.

But RPS? Give me a break.

 

They had the World Championship in Toronto a couple of years ago.

Two guys started it as bar joke and then it took off.

Hell, they show poker and darts. Why not RPS?

 

None of that garbage should appear on our TVs. None of it.

 

Don't get me wrong ... I love darts. I've got a board in my dining room and hundreds of pinholes in the wall from missing as I was learning to play. But I don't want to see that crap on TV. I love playing Monopoly but they sure as hell don't need to advertise people playing that.

 

Alley used to grab the purple spaces and wait for victory.

Hey, it's a lot more with a hotel, which isn't that expensive to buy. Besides, you can catch someone between that and the income tax space.

Risk, Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit.

Would beat watching the NBA.
