    Carol Ann Susi, who voiced the never-seen mother of Howard on "The Big Bang Theory" died of cancer at 62.

    Had no idea she was also George's date on the famed Keith Hernandez episode of Seinfeld (the one he went out with to get his unemployment extended by the woman's mother).
