Why October other than that being the end of the season?

Victor Rojas, Angels TV play-by-play, broke down crying during the pregame. Partner Mark Gubizca had to calm him down. Early in the game, Rojas said with a shaky voice, "Yeah, I don't even want to be here. I have no interest in getting excited about anything the Angels might do tonight."

I watched much of the game. There is an elephant in the room nobody is talking about.

Maybe. The cause of death could be completely "innocent," and people might not want to talk about it at this point.

    Sorry.

What was the cause of death?

I mean, it matters to me, but I am on Angels fan boards. You are history's greatest monster if that is broached.

Cocaine? I don't think it's irresponsible to mention it here, especially with how frequently people are dying from fentanyl-laced blow. But it'd be wildly irresponsible to mention it in the press or in a blog.

I hope it's not the case, but it seems more likely than a 27-year-old athlete just dying of a heart attack.

Yeah I'm thinking if it's completely natural, they would have announced it by now. Instead, they're pushing it to 5 o'clock on the first Friday after the end of the World Series.

Gotta do it, but hate it.

There’s no way they could say the cause is natural at this point. Toxicology reports take a while. Even when the deceased is famous.
