    A stubborn cantankerous bastard who was among the best people I've ever known -- as a writer and a person.

    Sorry, Mustang, I looked there, and it must have already sunk down the page. But I don't think it's wrong to have it on the journalism topics board, which is the only board some of us regularly visit.

    Especially since Killer was a journalist's journalist.

    I used to love playing against him in Gus Macker tourneys in the Media Division. Something wouldn't go his way and you could feel the steam all over Washtenaw County.
