    Fuck, I would have guessed he was a lot older than 49. Love him, or hate him, he was one of the SportsCenter guys they'll still be talking about in 20 years.

    I knew Stuart a little bit, and while the news wasn't unexpected, I am so sad. He was a lot of fun to be around and an inspiration. I'm especially sad for his daughters. Fuck cancer indeed.

    I wasn't always a fan of his on-air schtick, but I admired the fight he gave against that shitty disease.

    A couple of weeks ago, they replayed his speech from the ESPYs. I was flipping through the channels and was about to flip through again when he came on. His speech kept me riveted to the screen.
