The Clintons' kitty cat, who they abandoned after leaving the White House, has died. Socks was 18.

    Beat me to it, S/C.

    RIP, Socks.

Socks killed Vince Foster. The kitten had to be silenced before she meowed the truth.

The Clintons have always claimed that Bill's personal secretary wanted to keep Socks, supposedly avoiding the abandoned label.

Nevertheless, RIP Socks. SC, our best to Stan and Maggie.

Stan is struggling. Socks was his hero. Thanks for all the kind words.

I loved in the story, how they described Socks as a "tuxedo cat" because of his markings.

...and not because he was a rental.

Socks lasted a lot longer than Buddy the dog.

I just threw our four pair of socks last month. They can only be washed so many times, people.

I won't call this a d_b because the other thread is on the Politics board and the title is a little obscure, but it is a two-day old story.
