    Observations from that site:

Bart Braverman IS M. Night Shamalyan
Jason Alexander has a LOT of Gary Burghoff in him
I would love to have a lot of me in Loni Anderson. Unholy Christ on a sidecar, she was so fucking hot!

Oh... and nothing peeves me like an obit without a photo.

If you can't find a photo of an actor, here's a hint, make his family pay for an obit like everyone else.

Match Game is one of the great shows ever. Just ever.

A sports writer really ought to pen an article and make the connection between Brian Bilick, who was a contestant on the show when he was an assistant coach at University of Redlands, and how (if at all) it molded him as a young man. Because although he brought the relentless ridicule on himself by giving strange, strange answers, the fact of the matter is Gene Rayburn and the celebrities just jackhammered his ego. I laughed at their jokes yet felt terribly bad for him. But he sat there and took the abuse.

When I see that episode, I think of how defensive a person it must have made him; as it turned out, defense is his forte in Baltimore. I saw that episode for the first time the year the Ravens won the Super Bowl with that killer defense. Somehow, there's a correlation. Or maybe not. It'd be cool to see something written, though we should wait until the Ravens start to play killer defense again.

One of the great things of that time was that a man could dress like that AND PEOPLE COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HE WAS GAY.
