    A true giant here in Northeast Ohio. Just a sweetheart of a guy.

    I apologize for forgetting to post this previously -- Karl Pearson spent 37 years at the Star Beacon, a daily located in Ashtabula, Ohio.

    A member of four Hall of Fames in the region, he was 58.
