    After a life made hard by being born a member of the (un)lucky sperm club, John Getty III has died.

    I used to know JPG fairly well, and he even gave me and my then-gf (his neighbor) a tour of the Getty Museum when it was under construction. He had demons, but a great heart.

    I just did my taxes today. Fucking Turbo Tax never asked if I had paid ransom to anyone.
