    She may get a few million out of him, but the thoughts going around that she's getting half of his 400 million is lunacy.

    they didn't have a prenup. in Cali, she could be entitled to half the money he made last year -- like $30 million, I heard -- for the 15 months they were married.

    Maybe I'm being overly skeptical (I don't have any feelings either way re: Depp, BTW). It's just that there have been so many of these things (not necessarily in the realm of domestic violence) in which we find that the evidence has been manufactured.
