    Didn't see this on the board, but just saw an obit yesterday. Good actor. Even tried his hand at law enforcement after giving up acting. RIP

    Wow, I was one hard-core Ironside fan back in the day.

    I recall my pleasure when he turned up as the husband in The Big Chill.
