    1951 Heisman winner for Princeton. Passed on the NFL to pursue a business career. Died Thursday at 83:

    I believe the award for the outstanding female college hockey player in the country is named after his daughter, who preceded him in death.

    A life well lived. There was a time when Kazmaier had influential role in
    The National Football Foundation and College Football HOF. RIP
