He was in Wise Guys, too, with Danny DeVito and Joe Piscopo.

He picked that up when he became a manager.

    From wiki...

"Albano's brother, Carl, taught health for 32 years at Ridgewood High School in Ridgewood, NJ, and was head of the Ridgewood High health department from 1974 until 2001.[12] Carl Albano's students have noted that he used his brother Lou as an example of the difference between crazy and unique. Carl would tell his health class that the Eleanor Albano Sr. often told Lou he was "crazy" for putting rubber bands in his beard, but really he was just one of a kind. It is unknown whether this anecdote is completely accurate, but Carl Albano's love and enthusiasm for his brother was widely recognized as fact among Ridgewood students.[13]

Albano died on October 14, 2009, of Natural Causes under hospice care at his home."

Always found it interesting that the heels had managers but the faces didn't. RIP to a guy who knew how to rile a crowd. And yes, I was surprised he was still alive.
