RIP Buddy Kerr

    I would guess most of you never dealt with him but I knew him as a Mets scout in the 70s and 80s and one heck of a nice person. He also knew his baseball and helped the Cashen group build the solid nucleus of the 1985-88 teams.

    Obviously, I never saw him play (I may be old but not THAT old) but he was also an all-star shortstop for the NY Giants.
