    1987, 8-16 with a 2.76. As I was looking that up, I saw that he was 11-6 with a 1.69 in '81 with the Astros. Man.

    In Gibson’s case, he completed 28 of 34 starts, giving his bullpen a hell of a lot of rest. I know bullpens weren’t a big part of the game back then, but there’s that.
