Retired St. Louis Editor Found Dead

A retired newspaper editor for St. Louis Post-Dispatch was found dead in her home Friday (2/1).

Police discovered Nancy Miller's body during a well being check after friends and neighbors couldn't reach her by phone.

Neighbors say they knew something was wrong when her newspapers started piling up in front of her Chesterfield home.

Miller was a Post-Dispatch lifestyles columnist and editor. She had worked there for nearly 30 years before retiring in 2007.

People who knew her say she had a heart of gold.

A suspect is now in custody. Police plan to release more information in the case at news conference Sunday (2/3).

Shouldn't the subject line say retired editor, so it doesn't scare the crap out of someone who might think it's someone else who is still alive?
