    It's not preachy, Jones ... it's correct. But how to change without completely going off the deep end? That I'm suddenly not going to give a sh_t anymore about anything isn't going to happen.

    1) You've seen me, Sxy. Toned is the thing I'm not enough of. I was in better shape 10 years ago, without as much effort. I'd love to find a way to get back there. This year was rough; little injuries kept stopping me from crossing the threshold.

    2) I bet Jones' wife is a wonderful woman.
