Yes. All the evidence here points to this being a huge coincidence. It's worthy of investigating just to be sure, but I don't see any way a person can examine the known facts and think it's likely there was something sinister at work.

Considering Wisconsin's attorney general is currently embroiled in an appeal to have his own name removed from a lawsuit Walker's people filed on his behalf regarding the budget bill, I'm sure an investigation by that office will inspire the utmost confidence and satisfy all curiosities.

Wisconsin's secretary of state wants his name off the lawsuit, the AG is the one filing the suit in the SoS name.

This is an act of incompetence, not fraud. She should lose her job. She won't.

    True, but from the story....

"The audit concluded that while the clerk's system generally complies with state and federal guidelines and accuracy of election totals was not at issue, Nickolaus should improve security and backup procedures."

Problem is, she's an elected official. If she's representing the state's reddest county, is she going to be voted out?
The best we can hope for is that a GOP primary challenger emerges.

Some of you need to adjust your tinfoil hats. They're out of alignment.

It sounds like this woman's too stupid to pull off a conspiracy.

    At best she is incompetent.

    At worst, she did...
