The Star Press is looking for an aggressive sports reporter to cover Division 1 collegiate football. The perfect candidate will have insatiable curiosity, endless energy, and the ability and desire to tell the story on every platform - in print, online, through social media, and with video - all on a tight deadline. Candidates should be self-motivated and must be able to develop in-depth enterprise, breaking news, feature stories, and daily coverage.

The Star Press is located in Muncie, IN, which has a rich history and a population around 60,000, in addition to Ball State University. Downtown Indianapolis is just an hour away, and Cincinnati is two hours to the east.
