Where's that new military cargo plane when you need it?

the steinbrenners passed because sabathia for a three month rental - and no one else for that matter - isn't worth giving up top prospects for.

I should have known better. I've been through the exact same thing as a Tigers fan.

From one fan to another, my apologies. Also, the Brewers are my National League team...so I do like the trade.

I know what you mean... I loved all those World Championships in that stretch too...

Can we get Michael Redd in this deal?

If nothing else, the Brewers have come that much closer to cornering the market on fat left-handed African-American baseball players from California ...

Hopefully the Cubs can find a way to sneak in as the wild card team.

I imagine this will have the same impact on the Brewers as Mark Langston did on the Expos in '89. Montreal didn't have to give up much in that deal either.

I assume you meant to use the blue font there ...

The Milwaukee Brewers charter fleet arriving for their next road series.

(Which would have been hella funnier if the Brewers had a road trip this week.)

Oh, hi forever_town. Didn't see you there.

I guess Gagne isn't accompanying the team on the trip?

None of those planes are getting bombed.

    I love it.

Brewers-Cubs animosity is a great thing. I wouldn't have it any other way.
