    I'll listen to Rick Reilly lecturing athletes on being a role model when he stops being the Jay Leno of our profession and starts being a role model for young journalists again.

    Who's the last athlete that said they don't want to be a role model? Columnists should pay Barkley royalties for how much material that one commercial has given. Reilly would owe about $5 million.
