Together for a photo op at the Sundance. Damn, Redford is 12 years younger than Newman and looks 10 years older. Butch Cassidy still one of my top-five movies. Best buddy movie. Ever.

Yeah, I saw Redford on Inside the Actors Studio recently and I was stunned at how bad his skin looked. Apparently, he's spent way too much time outside...

I agree it's one of the best films ever...

His skin was always pretty bad, very pockmarked. So was Brad Pitt's before he had it fixed.
And Redford has had a bad eye job, too.

Just goes to show you, good genes will often trump modern technology.

Redford is listed at 69, but sometimes with actors they are older than their listed age. His skin probably shows the affect of being outdoors a lot, but I don't think he looks totally awful considering he is 69. Paul Newman just has aged really well.

Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid is a great movie, but I think The Sting was even better.

Why go out for hamburger when you can have steak at home?

hate to say it, but "the sting" holds up much better today than "butch and sundance" does. i love both, though. 8) 8) 8)

    Testify, brother.

"You gonna stick around for your share?"

    "Nah, I'd only blow it."
