This is becoming more and more of a big deal as news outlet remove more and more reporter jobs and fill more of the news cycle with blogs, which I am a fan of. But there are some iffy questions dealing with who and how you attribute quotes, this is really big in the soccer journalism world where tabloids in England just copy and paste from other papers and European teams rarely allow interviews not recorded and then posted by the team's official site.

    Here's a good post on it: http://blogs.thescore.com/footyblog/2012/09/12/farley-who-owns-the-words-of-footballers/

I just wanted to see what people thought about it and get a discussion going here on how and what should be attributed.
