Public Domain/Creative Commons/Fair Use sports video source?

Does anyone know of a source where there might be public domain footage from major sporting events or athletes? Or entertainers, for that matter.

A handful of videos come up on places like Vimeo, but I'm not confident at all that the people posting have clearance to do so. Basically, I'm just looking for any video I can show of someone like Tom Brady, even if it's just a raw press conference clip or B-roll from the sideline. Any help is appreciated.

For the most part it's simply not going to exist. Particularly major events -- the broadcasters keep a very tight limit on the usage of those things.
