Fun to read from the gallery, too. It actually made me forget my hangover.

  4. Hey, Barack. I need a refill. I'm thinking about Dodd again....

Chris Dodd had two kids, when he was, I believe, 56 and 60 years old, respectively.

There's an optimism there that just has to be respected.

    Here's one for Dodd.

  6. Ah.
It's nice to see that the Obama campaign has a handle on old-school Irish Democratic politics.

Vote early, vote often, and, when in doubt, start filling out extra Chicago ballots.

Oh, and never skip a chance to buy someone a drink.

  10. Jeebus, that scares me more about Obama than anything written thus far.

Fenian, you need to get FIRED UP! ;)

The unintentional laugh line in that piece, by the way -- and Broder always has at least one -- is his reference to "Edwards-style populism."

I like John Edwards. I even like his platform. He has nice teeth and good hair and he married way over his skis -- but does he really have his own brand of populism?
