    Ever heard of Roger Angell?

    P.S. Olbermann's byline still occasionally shows up in SABR publications. That, along with his work with Dan Patrick on ESPN radio the last couple of years, before the blockbuster Patrick-for-Reilly trade, makes me doubt that Olbermann was diminishing his sports background.
