    Here's a quick rule of thumb. If your editor doesn't back you up. Get your resume out. The LAST thing you need in this business is to have a spineless editor. You don't need anyone with a calcium deficiency.

    Sorry, Not really on topic. I thank you all for the help. This site is amazing. Anyone can ask a question and get thoughtful, spot-on answers. I've taken advantage of it several times and have received more insight then I could've ever gotten anywhere else.
