    We've discussed here many times -- the VP pick, historically, doesn't move the needle.

    Look at 2012. Romney picked Paul Ryan. Neither one won their "home" state. Yet Wisconsin flipped red four year later.

    There's always a frenzy over the VP pick. In the end, it really doesn't mean anything -- unless it's someone really not qualified.

    Maybe you are right, but this isn't a normal year and there are very real concerns about Biden's age. It might matter more than usual this time around.

    VP picks are like managers. They almost never win you games, but they sure as hell can lose them.

    While I think Lance-Bottoms is as sharp as a tack and would make a fine VP, I think Biden can do more harm than good with his pick and that’s why he needs to choose someone who has been repeatedly vetted through multiple races. That person is Harris.
