    I had a conversation with someone who works with me a couple weeks back (after talking w/ the AXN guy). We were basically saying the same thing AgateGuy did -- when you start making a shit-ton of minor errors, they add up and credibility goes out the window in a hurry.
    These fans aren't going to be following a style guide, they aren't going to be concerned with names being spelled correctly, and they certainly aren't -- as shown in that joke of an "interview" with the lacrosse player -- going to have any separation between fan and coach/player.
    Those are always things that will have to exist, not just ethically, but factually.

    One of our guys got the email 5 times today.

    I blocked the address so we wouldn't get it again.
