    Not that I am a defender of Alberto, but this came through a congressional earmark..."Spokesmen for the criminal division said officials there had nothing to do with the program, which they had been obliged to start because of the earmark."

    That had to do with Frank Wolf, not Alberto Gonzalez. I realize it is only $150,000, but how does one penny of taxpayer money get spent this way? For one thing, if a bunch of idiots who call themselves "Morality in Media" want to look for whatever they think is obscene on the internet, let THEM pay for it. There should be no grants for that kind of BS. For another, when they were writing in this appropriation what was the end-game rationale? They knew before it all started that there would be no prosecutions, because the first amendment protects us from these nuts. There is nothing to prosecute.

    Do you think I can find a Congressman to give me a $150,000 grant to investigate David Hasselhoff tribute websites? I'm going to call my organization, "Citizens Hassling The Hoff."
