So according to Jim Carty we should believe the Pace facts but not the Ferguson facts. Why? Because Jim Carty said so.

(NECN: Westchester County, N.Y.) - A Westchester County grand jury has found insufficient evidence to issue any indictments in the death of Pace University student Danroy Henry of Easton, Mass. last october.

"In a statement today, the Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore said after interviews of more than 400 people by investigators, grand jurors did not find criminal charges warranted against any of the police officers involved in the shooting of Henry, including the officer who filed the fatal shot.

In a statement released by the Henry family, the family said it would continue to push for a federal probe into the investigation itself, charging that investigators either withheld or mishandled evidence that would have led to charges."

Every situation is exactly the same and arises from the exact same circumstances. The actors in each situation behave identically. Therefore, all adjudication of said situations must be identical.

Interesting interview with Henry family after Ferguson. Interesting that the DOJ is still investigating this one.

Even though both the Brown and the Henry cases have stirred strong racial passions, Henry’s parents, Angela and Danroy Henry, Sr., said they never wanted to make their son’s killing an issue of race.

We intentionally took an approach here that was more fact based and measured," Danroy Henry Sr. said. "We simply wanted to know what really happened. Our most immediate concern is for the truth."

And in the backyard of their middle class home, Angela Henry reflects on the death of her own son. Like Brown, witnesses say he was left dying on the ground without receiving immediate medical attention.

"You know, wrong is wrong no matter what you put on every day to go to work," she said, sighing. "If you wear a badge, if you wear a doctor’s coat, there should be the same accountability. I believe that they should actually have been held to a higher standard because their job is to serve and protect."
