    A former elementary school teacher in Simi Valley was set to be charged Wednesday for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a student under age 14.

    Is an elementary school situation one for the poin files? Always looked at these cases as something we can all laugh about. Not sure a kid that young is a laugh moment.
