Planning ahead: Horse racing and AHL coverage in upstate New York

    Local writer with 28 years of experience and good references available in the Albany/Saratoga Springs/Glens Falls area.

    Two big things coming up:

    1. The race meet at Saratoga runs Wednesday, July 29 to Monday, Sept. 7. I am available for overall coverage, specific race coverage and features on local riders, owners or horses. Photos available.

    2. It is not definite, but there is a strong possibility that the Philadelphia Phantoms will be playing at the Glens Falls Civic Center for the next several years. I would be available for game coverage of your team playing there or for features on guys from your area.
