I don't condone the smashing, but it was obvious the spectator was way out of line.
Oh, and John, you lost me with the made up claim that your eyes were still burning from the flash - probably at least a couple of hours later since this was on the 9th?
C'mon, don't be a drama queen - let the facts tell the story, not hyperbole.
By the way, here is a link that works:

Apparently fans aren't even allowed to have cameras on the course.

Did he really tear a muscle in his stomach trying to stop his swing, or did he tear the muscle scarfing down all those wings from Hooters?

I enjoy the quote: "I'd have chased him for the money, but he's a big bloke!"

Or something like that. As blokes go, those which can walk don't come much bigger.

At least JD hasn't lost his "common man" appeal.

I mean, Tigger wouldn't deign to personally smash someone's camera - he has people for that.

Between this and refusing to leave a Hooters last month, I think we're seeing the transformation from lovable drunk to belligerent drunk.

  10. Damn, that story makes Derrick Rose and the apple sound very plausible.

OK, never right to crush someone's personal belongings. I got that.

But the guy admits he was "bold." And there was a ban on cameras on the course. So the guy really doesn't have a leg to stand on.
