Photoshopped or no?

This was in an advertisement, but it has raised questions on whether it was photoshopped or not.

No. Her leg is right behind the guy's left leg. I wouldn't kick her out of bed for casting spells. (She's almost 20).

 

I'll show her that once you have gone muggle, there is no going back.

 

No, I think her leg could be (likely is) on a ledge, box, some sort of elevated surface, behind her brother's.

 

I just looked again.

You know, it could be Photoshopped. There's a good chance just the tip of her knee was exposed between her brother's legs making it look like his penis would have been dangling out of his pants.

 

Photoshop Disasters seems to think it's been 'Shopped (http://photoshopdisasters.blogspot.com/2010/01/burberry-inexpliciamus.html). And it seems to have been taken off the original site.

 

I'm guessing no...the angles look like her lower leg is simply behind her brother's

 

So what if it was? Aren't most fashion shots/advertisements photoshopped?

I can't quite figure out why, but she's kind of hot, in a Heather Mills sort of way.
