Looks like Lee Westwood could be tied for the lead at the end of day one. Definitely could be rooting for him come Sunday.

Tiger only has about 125 players in front of him.

Someone will be miles ahead of the field at the halfway point.

    Here's a shocker: Tiger is tied for 119th with a 74.

I can see that next major win anytime now. Any time.....

Good round of 66 by Jim Furyk, who should have won last year's PGA.

I'm not picking Tiger to win this week. But 74 doesn't take anyone out of contention on this course. They could go out and should 66 or 65 tomorrow and be right back in the thick of things.

There's a 63 out there to be had. Especially if it rains like it's forecast for.
Get these guys with balls in hand (huh huh), or as Jack Nicklaus calls it, "Lift, Clean and Cheat".......someone could go really low.

Tiger needs to crank up his 'B' game?

Rory could have shot a 63! He shot 5 under with an OB on 10 and a missed 3 fter on 11; he went from -3 to even in two holes, then went -5 to finish. Guy loves calm weather and soft greens.

What happens if its Furyk and Sergio head-to-head for the championship on Sunday?

I wonder if he'll be back for Greensboro?
