Sweetie, I happen to be a history major. I've probably forgotten more about the history of Western Civilization than you'll ever get around to learning in between stroking yourself and eating pop tarts.

As for a true historical perspective, one might point out that it was a journalist, Walter Cronkite, who did more damage to the American war effort in Vietnam that the North Vietnamese did. Prior to Cronkite and the rest of his anti-American journalist ilk, the North was done. Even the North's top General admitted years later that they had done all they could and were just waiting for the U.S. to finish them off.
But thanks to Cronkite's efforts to turn popular opinion against the war, an effort fully supported by the Democrats then, that never happened and we managed to snatch defeat right out of the jaws of victory.
So here we are, nearly 40 years later, and the anti-America American media is hard at work turning public opinion against the war. The Democrats are marching in lock-step with the media again and we are once again snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
Well done boys and girls, well done.
Tell me one thing though, if you will?
When the practitioner of the "Religion of Peace" come to chop off your head like they did our colleague Daniel Pearl, will you do those of us who tried to do something to stop these murderers before they arrived here one favor?
Just shut the fuck up and die quietly without having the nerve to call out for someone to help save you.
