A Sun Belt coach claims sign stealing could be worth three touchdowns a game.

Michigan should be punished, say 94% of CFB coaches in our poll. What else did it reveal?94% of college football coaches say Michigan crossed a line. What else do they say about sign-stealing?

Which would raise the question: Why the hell doesn't everybody do it? And in fact, doesn't everybody do it?

A three touchdown spread is massive in college football. Certainly no individual player makes a three touchdown difference in games like hardly ever. Maybe an All-American player having a great game.

It was about 20-25 years ago that coaches and coordinators started holding clipboards and play sheets in front of their faces during time outs and while calling plays. (About the time players in MLB in mound conferences started doing the same things.)
I think that's pretty much contemporary with the spread of HD video coverage of most P5 games.

I love how these schools are, anonymously, claiming Michigan should be slapped hard.

Everyone in college football is cheating. Or was, when paying players was not allowed. And they've probably found another way to cheat.

Harbaugh made a better mouse trap. Some jamoke staffer left his fingerprints all over things, which appears to be the only reason they got caught.

I'm far from a Michigan guy, too.

That poorly written hed makes it sound as if Michigan didn't cooperate.

But who am I to quibble with Clutchpoints.com?

The most recent trailer for the new Napoleon movie had me digging into old Napoleon stories, as one does, and this one from 1814 Leeds Mercury reads like something a Buckeyes blog would write if Harbaugh is ever vanquished and exiled.

WFW. Harbaugh had the idea; the other guys didn't. If they'd had the idea, they would have done it too.

And while we're at it, there's no way in hell the B1G OR FOX will stand for Michigan being disqualified from the CFP. Because if Michigan beats Ohio State and they're not eligible, nobody from the conference will be in the playoff and massive screaming shall commence from the other schools that were expecting that cash influx.

You know, the other schools that are raising a stink right now.
