I've always enjoyed Farhi's criticism on media, but here's one that discusses sports journalism.

Moddy -- did you know about the Redskins' (desire to) ban their name from being used on news outlets? Were you planning on putting the word Redskins into your paper's blog? What thoughts do you have on this? (PM if you don't want to share in public.)

What you describe and what the article describes are two different things. There is nothing about trying to eliminate every use of the word Redskins.

The team doesn't want outlets putting Redskins in the title of shows.

    Two different things.

I should clarify. The Redskins want to limit "unlicensed" use of the word in reference to them. For example, what the Washington Post went through.
