Patrick Kane rape investigation dropped by DA

I don't think it's improbable at all. There is nothing to indicate that he had sex with her.

Well, to expand/clarify ... I don't consider Kane not having had sex with her to be improbable. I do consider Kane only having had a drink and some chit-chat with her to be.

 

This thread is missing the sweet taste of @LongTimeListener skepticism and snark, reminiscent of his stance during the Jameis Winston episode.

Yep. He absolutely seems like a douche from the little I've read about him.

 

For what it's worth, the people who cover him seem to like him.

 

You're both damaging him considerably. Stop it.

 

I have never met Kane, but sportswriters often like colorful douchebags. I can think of dozens of examples.

 

I get that, but I don't think he acts like a douche bag in front of them, though. Supposedly, the trouble begins any time he is around some cousin of his from Buffalo, who is always involved in these incidents. The cab driver. Madison. Skybar. He turns into a different guy.

 

Maybe if he wasn't such a douche, these accusations wouldn't have appeared even slightly credible.
