So I went to a local restaurant last week where menu has some of dishes named after locals who frequent the place.

One of their signature dishes- Pasta alla Lupica. The primary ingredient besides pasta - shrimp.

You can get a half order as an appetizer, but then it's named for his son.

You're making that shit up!! Either someone at the restaurant has a great sense of humor or is accidentally funny.

When I saw the thread title, I thought Loopy was gonna change his name, a la Ron Artest.

Pasta Alla Lupica is only available from 2-3 pm weekdays.

However, out-of-town patrons who want Pasta Alla Lupica can get it mailed to them free of charge.

Pasta Alla Lupica is pricey for the portion size but you do get unlimited wine

I kid you not. Taken from the on line menu:

    Lupicas
Shrimp, Maine lobster meat, garlic, fresh pear tomatoes, bread crumbs, pasta al gusto.
