The Liberty Hill Independent (Liberty Hill, TX) is looking for two part-time sports reporters to cover community and high school sports.

The Independent is a weekly award-winning newspaper in Williamson County’s fastest-growing community, and a short commute from Austin.

This is a 20-hour per week position. Successful candidates will be responsible for game coverage, features, and enterprise stories centered around Liberty Hill High School -- a growing athletic program that historically has teams advance deep in the playoffs.

Some still and video photography required. Community journalism experience preferred, but recent college graduates welcome to apply.

Send resume and clips to news@lhindependent.com.
