Oregon's new athletic complex

    As a public insitution, are they restricting others' rights?

    I was talking to Felix Wright today and this came up. I mentioned how Jimmy Haslem has mentioned wanting a new stadium for the Browns and Felix went ballistic. He said, "Unless they put as much money into the schools it would be a shame if they built a new stadium with public money less than 20 years after building the one they are in now." I thought it was interesting that a guy who works for the NFL and the Browns feels this way.
