    Three years in prison for poisoning a tree seems a bit much. Some people get less for homicide.

    But maybe make him spend a week or so in a cell with Charles Barkley.

    It's not three years in prison, it's three years with six months behind bars (most of which he's already served) and the rest on probation.

    People from other parts of the country have no real idea of how insane some SEC fans are. It's almost European soccer fan-level insane.
