Can you get to the southeast by 10 a.m.?
That's when the pontoon leaves the dock, and you're all invited! OK, well, maybe not Chef. Only people with all 10 toes are invited.

Work through to Sunday about noon, then take the rest of that day off.

Then, work Monday to Friday, when I start vacation ... my first in two years.

(Last year's vacation got sidetracked when my mom got sick.)

Work Friday, spend some time getting reacquainted with my bike....Haven't ridden as much as I would like to this year. Maybe a cookout.

Oh yeah, a Twilight Zone marathon on Sci-Fi.

    1) play with my newborn son in the two minutes a day that he's not breastfeeding, crying, sleeping or pooping.

    2) take my daughter to the town pool and make her feel less jealous

    3) cater to my still recovering wife

    4) try not to kill people in my London office who think that paternity leave plus a national holiday means that they have a green light to bother me since 6 this morning.

    5) hopefully attend a bbq.

... attend a friend's grillout, eating brats and steak tips while watching baseball and consuming large amounts of Dr Pepper and Mountain Dew.
