I was just wondering when did wearing fedoras go out of style? It appeared that most men in professional careers (not just in journalism) in the 50s and 60s seemed to wear them and now you hardly ever see them around.

    Could they make a comeback?

I still rock it with a cigar. That was me in the Patriots' press conference. I just hope Brady knew what the Charleston was.

This is Papa Bear. Put out an APB for a male suspect, driving a ... car of some sort, heading in the direction of, uh, you know, that place that sells chili. Suspect is hatless. Repeat, hatless.

'All bald people look good in hats.'
'You should have lived in the '20s and '30s. You know men wore hats all the time then."
'What a bald paradise that must have been. Nobody knew.'

Don't forget to stop by the millery and get a hat for the wife to wear at the tea party!

I have to say a hat looks good with the right outfit. I have a couple, and would like to get more.

But lets face it, flip through your average GQ or Esquire nowadays, and you won't see many men in headwear.

My Dad always wore a fedora, every day, until his retirement in 1986. Also a suit and tie.
    He owned a clothing store.
