Was in Kansas City a number of years ago, staying at a hotel out by the ball partk.

Went into the coffee shop, sat at the counter and ordered a club house and fries.

The waitress brings it and when I asked her for vinegar, she kinda looked at me funny and asked, "Are you German?"

Coincidentally, I asked him the identical question on our first date. :D

Until you've had FDG from the hockey rink in Grand Falls-Windsor, you know not of what you speak.

You can even get wiener chips on your fries there.

I'm intrigued, but not enough to go to Grand Falls-Windsor to find out.

Hahaha ... it's a trip, that's for sure. You could always go to Mud Shark's Chip Hut in Gander if it's still there.

I'm sure there are a couple of places in St. John's where the FDG is good. I'm just not familiar.

If you're going to have poutine, make sure you get in Quebec. I have yet to find a place out here in the west that can do it properly. Cold cheese curds under luke warm gravey on your fries is not so good.

I had Poutine in downtown Montreal with the fries cooked in Duck Fat.

My arteries harden just thinking about it.
