Chris Long needs ankle surgery and is expected to be out 2 months. Wonder if the Rams wish they'd kept Michael Sam?

If they want him back, he's all theirs.

Looks like the Rams might be getting another top 2 pick. Better ramp up that QB scouting.

I'd guess Marcus Mariota and Jameis Winston would be at the top of that list.

Why do you have rivalry in quotes? Both teams miss the playoffs one year and suddenly it no longer qualifies? Or are you just burned out on it?

To answer Evil's question, I'm betting if there is an impact, it will be the Ravens pulling together. Either way, I'm sure somebody on that team will go on about the media providing extra motivation if they win Thursday night.

BTW That was a smooth move by Tomlin to release the Ray Rice video and get Antonio Brown out of a suspension.

I'd say that was well played, but given your posting history, you might actually mean it.

I believe rivalries go dormant, in "sleep mode."
Aside from the juicy league implications, neither of these teams appears very interesting.

Your opinion is duly noted and dismissed for what little it is worth.

The Ravens were in the Super Bowl two seasons ago. The teams both miss the playoffs one time and suddenly the rivalry no longer exists? That's just silly.

I want people who think I agitate stuff with this putz to note the disparity in tone here.
This is why I often choose keep the tanks rolling, members and moderators.
