    Recent staff reduction.
    Same production expected. (Obviously they don't say so, but it doesn't take a genius.)
    During staff meeting discussing how to proceed forthwith, sportswriter asks ME, "How much time do you think should be devoted to our Sunday centerpiece stories?"

    A: 6 hours
