    In the 1981 and 1982 drafts, the Royals drafted four future 20-game winners. All four played for the Royals at some point, but two (not three) of them won 20 games elsewhere. Name them.

    Tom Gordon, Kevin Appier, Bret Saberhagen and Bud Black? Probably should have mentioned Dennis Leonard.

    Yeah, Appier and Gordon are later, I saw them play in Eugene, with Bob Hamelin, when the Emeralds were a Royals farm team. Plus after checking they never won 20. And Leonard was much earlier, duh.

    Going to say, Leonard may have the most 20 win seasons of any pitcher not to make an All-Star Game.
